“After several failed Google searches and dozens of calls to local area garage door servicers and suppliers that could not get the garage door part I needed, Altech came up on the list. A wonderful, friendly woman answered the phone (I didn’t have to be called back like other places) and within minutes Doug was able to secure me the 16’ weatherstrip seal retainer for my 1970 garage door. The price including delivery was less than the two other places that only had a similar and not exact item. And I wasn’t going to have to buy four 4’ pieces in order to have them shipped. Doug and his Altech associate delivered the retainer, had pre-cut away the ends to allow for clearance of the bolts (I hadn’t even thought about that) and even brought screws which was all so kind and thoughtful.
