This role is the communication hub of our operation, connecting customers with our field technicians and helping ensure every service call runs smoothly. What you will do:

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians

  • Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email

  • Coordinate daily schedules and adjust as needed

Altech Doors is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator / Project Manager to oversee commercial door and opening projects from initial estimate through final closeout. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who understands commercial construction workflows, can protect job margins, and excels at coordinating multiple moving parts. The position includes in-office work with site visits and serves as a key point of contact for commercial projects.

Position highlights:

  • Oversee projects from estimate through final closeout

  • Coordinate scheduling, communication, and project flow

  • Serve as a primary internal and external point of contact

  • Help protect job margins and manage project details

What we offer:

  • $75,000–$85,000 base salary

  • Performance-based bonus opportunity

  • Full-time position based in Livonia

  • Opportunity to lead important commercial projects
